We are sorry you are experiencing problems. Unfortunately, technology sometimes has problems. If you are having a problem viewing the service please try the troubleshooting instructions and if it does not fix the problem then report the problem. Please, when reporting your problem, give details of what you are experiencing, i.e. cannot see the picture, no sound, the service is stopping and starting, etc. This will help the technician assess the problem.

If you are experiencing freezing, stopping and starting, it could be your internet connection. Mobile connection speeds vary depending upon location. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do. You will have to get into an area where the signal is stronger.
Some things you can do…….
- Refresh your browser by pressing the “F5” key.
- Make sure you have the latest browser updates on your computer. You can update your browser by going to either of these links: Download Chrome, Download Firefox, Download Internet Explorer, Download Safari.
- Unblock any plugins.
- Restart your computer to clear out any old page information that may be stuck in your computer memory.
- Download Adobe Flash Player
